CFPA Meeting - Commerce City Residential Fire Sprinkler Adoption

Come join us at the Colorado Fire Protection Association meeting at South Adams County Fire Department Headquarters, on Wednesday, February 21st, starting at 11:45 AM. Lunch will be provided. This event is open to everyone regardless of NFSA membership, there is one standard discount rate for both members and non-members of NFSA for this event.

Presentation:

Brittany Brown is the Fire Marshal with South Adams County Fire Department. Commerce City is within the SACFD coverage area and Commerce City recently had a code adoption requiring sprinklers in most new single family residential buildings. Brittany and SACFD were both instrumental in getting this passed. The presentation will be about the adoption process, hurdles along the way, and best practices for implementation of the new rules within the district.
